Delicious wood fired pizza and amazing local craft beer. The concept of a simple crust, charred and chewy along with a nice, clean fire roasted tomato sauce became the foundation of seven signature pizzas. Being in the heart of Mont-gomery County’s explosive craft beer scene, the perfect partnership became a reality. Brick & Brews is a small, cozy space located in The Culinary Courtyard and directly next door to the thriving Farmer’s Market on Tamina every Saturday. Many of the ingredients are sourced directly from the market. Brick & Brews provides an inviting space to cater to families, empty nesters, date night, ‘girls’ night out’, or to sit back and watch the game. Absolutely amazing! I live over in the CT/NY area and if you know anything about the north, pizza is apart of our upbringing! Let’s just say this pizza reminded me of home! Chicken, bacon, ranch is a fan favorite up in the north and their version of it was top notch. Totally recommend this place! The owners were super nice and friendly, the staff was pleasant, and the whole atmosphere was so welcoming and homey! You can’t go wrong with some pizza, beer and an all around good time! Will definitely be back!
One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Wonderful selection of craft beers and a delightful atmosphere. You’ll want to dine here if you enjoy a quality pie and delicious cold beer on tap!!!
2nd stop for my wife and I's #reallydough adventure... Great pizza place! Crust alone is flavorful even without those fancy seasoning options. No need to season these pizzas fresh off the oven. Suggest outdoor sitting as it can get cramped inside. Board/card games and great draft selection while you wait. Went for the shrimp scampi pizza and it did not disappoint! Do yourself a favor and add some oysters so you can really taste the sea! 🤤 Great service and very reasonable prices are a definite plus.
New and delightful Gem in Magnolia. Wonderful pizzas and salads! Beer selection is some great local favorites. Unique wine selection. We also signed up for their wine lockers. A new favorite. Great service and on a night that they were super busy. Hats off Magnolia Texas.
